Shipping Methods
All orders are securely packaged and shipped in a padded envelope or strong cardboard box as appropriate.
UK orders will be shipped via Royal Mail First Class, (you can specify Recorded Delivery or Courier Delivery at extra charge if you wish). High value orders may be shipped via Signed For Delivery*. Large or heavy orders will be shipped by courier.
Overseas orders will be shipped via Airmail or International Tracked* as appropriate. Large or heavy orders total over 2Kg in weight maybe split between separate packages or shipped by courier.
Normal Delivery Times
You will receive an email when your order is packed for shipping. Shipping routinely takes place at the end of the day. All UK orders are shipped First Class Post, so most will arrive a working day or two after shipping. All overseas orders are shipped via Airmail; EU addresses generally take from 5-12 working days, whilst Rest of World addresses can take 7-21 working days.
Customs Charges on Overseas Sales
Please be aware that the shipping or postal company may decide to levy customs charges on the parts and / or the postage before they will deliver to you. We have no control over deciding if an extra charge is made or not, this is decided by the local postal service and collected by them.
