Confirmation of Order Status
We will confirm that your order has been received and shipped via email to the email address you give us. It is your responsibility to give us a valid email address, we cannot be held responsible for being unable to communicate with you if you give us an incorrect email address or other information.
For UK orders, we will accept Credit or Debit Card (details taken over the phone or via the website), or a Cheque in GBP. We also accept Paypal for payment.
For non UK orders Credit or Debit cards are accepted for USA, AUS, and some European Countries. We also accept Paypal for payment from everywhere.
If you pay by cheque, we will only ship your order after the cheque has been received. For larger payments, we reserve the right not to ship parts until the cheque has cleared first.
If you pay by PayPal, a 3.4% surcharge will be added to your total invoice value.
You are responsible for providing us with a valid shipping address. We will not be responsible if your shipment does not arrive if an incorrect address is given to us.
We reserve the right to reject or ask for extra payment if any order is received where the incorrect shipping amount for your shipping location has been added to the order total.
In the unlikely event of a shipment not arriving, please wait for the following times before contacting us.
UK Shipments - 2 weeks.
European Shipments - 3 weeks.
Rest of World Shipments - 5 weeks.
There may be some circumstances beyond our control which results in the non availability of a particular item you have ordered. In this case, we will contact you and advise which items are out of stock, and when they are likely to be available for delivery. You have the right to cancel or substitute the non available parts if you wish. A refund will be given as appropriate.
