Confirmation of Order Status

We will confirm that your order has been received and shipped via email to the email address you give us. It is your responsibility to give us a valid email address, we cannot be held responsible for being unable to communicate with you if you give us incorrect information.

Payment

We only accept payment in UK pounds by crossed cheque drawn from a UK bank account, or via PayPal.

If you pay by cheque, we will only ship your order after the cheque has been received. For larger payments, we reserve the right not to ship parts until the cheque has cleared first.

If you pay by PayPal, a 3.4% surcharge will be added to your total invoice value.

Shipping

You are responsible for providing us with a valid shipping address. We will not be responsible if your shipment does not arrive if an incorrect address is given to us.

We reserve the right to reject any orders where the incorrect shipping method for your the shipping address is chosen

Item Availability

There may be some circumstances beyond our control which results in the non availability of a particular item you have ordered. In this case, we will contact you to see if you wish to revise your order or have alternative parts delivered instead.
