We try and keep 100% stock availability of all the new items in the catalogue. The pre-owned original parts may have some limited stock. If a new part is out of stock, we will usually ship the order in 2 deliveries. You will be contacted if there are any stock shortages of pre-owned original parts to discuss the alternatives.
Your order will usually be despatched the same day or next day via First Class mail (UK) or Airmail (Overseas destinations). If despatch is not possible within this timescale, we'll let you know via email as soon as possible when despatch is expected to take place. If any item on your order is not currently in stock, there could be a delay of between 2-6 weeks for delivery. You will be sent an email when each part of your order is despatched. There are no extra postal charges if the order is shipped in two batches.

In the event that postage amounts come to substantially more than that indicated, an extra amount may be charged. Please note that the postal charges for lower value orders are disproportionally high to include a small handling charge.
UK orders of up to £75.00 in value will be shipped via First Class mail, orders over £75.00 may be shipped via Special Delivery*. Overseas orders may be shipped via Airmail or International Signed For* as appropriate. All parts are securely packaging in padded envelopes or cardboard boxes as appropriate to the shipment.
