Buying from Meccano Spares is very simple and there are a number of payment options. Select the parts you want to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. When you have finished, go to the checkout stage. Enter your address details and then decide your payment method. Please use a valid email address, so we can contact you in case of any query with your order and keep you updated on the order progress. Please ensure your order is fully completed and that you receive a confirmation email from Meccano Spares, otherwise your order will not have been accepted. You will receive a further confirmation email when the parts are shipped.

Credit or Debit Card Payment.
For Orders Shipped to UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and most of Europe.

Payment is accepted using the website, there is no minimum order value and no surcharges. You will be asked to enter your card number during the ordering process. When your card details are successfully processed, we'll send you the parts. If you'd prefer not to enter your card details, you can always email the order to edward@meccanospares.com and give some details where we can contact you and we can telephone you and take your card details.

Paypal, using a Debit or Credit Card. (Visa / Mastercard / Delta / Switch / Maestro / Solo etc.)
For Orders Shipped to the UK, Europe and Overseas.

Payment is accepted from Debit or Credit Cards via Paypal - you do not need a Paypal account to make a payment via this method. Select the 'Checkout with Paypal' button when you have finished shopping, you will be transferred to the Paypal secure website. Then select the 'continue checkout' link on the left hand side of the Paypal login page. This will allow you to enter your credit / debit card details and make the payment via the secure website, without needing to open a Paypal account. When payment is completed, you can return to the Meccano Spares website. The payment is virtually instant, so your order will be despatched as soon as the payment is received. There is a 3.4% surcharge for using this payment method, which is automatically applied at the checkout stage.

Paypal from a Paypal Account
For Orders Shipped to the UK, Europe and Overseas.

Payment is accepted directly from your Paypal account. Select the 'Checkout with Paypal' button when you have finished shopping, and you will be transferred to the secure Paypal login page. Login to your Paypal account and make the payment. When payment is completed, you can return to the Meccano Spares website. Alternatively, you can send payments direct to edward@meccanospares.com if you need to. The payment is virtually instant, so your order will be despatched as soon as the payment is received. There is a 3.4% surcharge for paying via Paypal, which is automatically applied at the checkout stage.

Cheque Payment
For Orders Shipped to the UK Only.

Payment is accepted via cheque in GBP drawn from a UK bank, payable to 'Meccano Spares'. There is a £200 upper limit for cheque payments, and we reserve the right to wait for cheque clearance before shipping the parts to you. There are no surcharges for cheques, although you will have to wait until I receive the cheque (and the cheque has cleared in some cases) before your order is despatched.
